THE FOUNDRY COMPLEX

The foundry complex is specializing in producing castings of cast iron, steels, and copper-based alloys for a wide range of products for all industries.

The foundry complex equipment enables production of castings by the following methods:

Sand casting. For the machine-building industry we offer:

• Iron castings of the grades SCH15 to SCH20 of 0.2 kg to 900 kg in weight,

• Steel castings: Carbon steel castings and high alloy steel castings of 5 kg to 350 kg in weight.

Gasifiable pattern casting. At present, we carry out the startup and adjustment operations in the Gasifiable Pattern Casting Section of the foundry complex, which will enable production of castings with minimum machining allowance.

The section will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2007.

The capacity of the section will be 5,000 tons per year of good castings of various alloy grades:

• Grey and high-test cast iron

• Alloy and plain steels

• Copper-based alloys
